Vortice – NDT, is a certified company by ANAC (Brazilian Civil Aviation Authority), authorized to perform aircraft NDT inspections. Vortice is responsible to perform marketing and sales for “Heatcon Composite Systems”, (www.heatcon.com) and “EAD Aerospace”, (www.ead-aerospace.com), covering South America market. “Heatcon” is an american company, manufacturer of “Hot-Bonder” single and dual zone equipments. The “Hot-Bonder” primary system application is composite and metal bonding repairs, by heating and curing prepregs, resins or adhesives. Manufacturing applications include secondary bonding processes normally accomplished with autoclaves or ovens. Heatcon bonders meets commercial carry-on size requirements. EAD Aerospace is an EASA Part 21J approved organization (DOA), with offices in France, USA and Brazil, providing turn-key STC services for aircraft retrofit: installation data package + certification + installation + support. The fields of EAD competence are: IFE, TCAS 2, EGPWS, FLIR, ACARS, ELT, on multiple type of aircraft and helicopter. Vortice, Heatcon and EAD main clients are:EMBRAER, TAM, GOL, Target Aviacao Executiva, FAB, Colombian Air Force and SEMAN, among others.
